DineBack is provided for restaurant membership, loyalty, and customer retention workflows. Users should only send lawful, accurate, and non-abusive messages to DineBack-connected WhatsApp numbers.
Restaurant administrators are responsible for the accuracy of their business information, customer-facing offers, loyalty rules, and any required customer disclosures.
DineBack may send service replies after a customer initiates a WhatsApp conversation. Users can request help or opt out according to the instructions shown in the relevant WhatsApp conversation.
DineBack is provided as available. Orange AI Lab may update, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.
