You can request deletion of DineBack WhatsApp membership data controlled by Orange AI Lab.
Email [email protected] and use the subject
line "DineBack data deletion".
Include your WhatsApp phone number, the restaurant or DineBack account you interacted with, and a short note confirming that you want your DineBack membership data deleted.
We will delete matching DineBack membership records, loyalty records, opt-in records, message logs, webhook logs, and support records that are under our control, unless retention is required for legal, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Deletion requests are reviewed manually. We will respond by email after the request has been reviewed and completed.
